If your order is not delivered between 9am – 6pm on the delivery date given in your confirmation email please contact us on sales@digbyfarm.co.uk or call 01780 678508 quoting your order number from the confirmation email.

We regret that we cannot give a specific time slot for your delivery. We will bring the tree to your door but will not be able to assist with putting the tree up or bringing it into your home. If we have any reason to believe we will not be able to meet delivery as specified, we will contact to you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

As Christmas trees are a perishable item we will deliver on the specified date. In the event that you are not in we will leave with a neighbour or in your designated safe place, as per your instructions. We will also take a photo of the delivered item as proof of delivery which we can provide should you so wish.
