Refund and Returns Policy for Online Sales
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to your specified delivery date for a full refund. Once items have been dispatched for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order. If you decide you want to cancel your order at any time please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or 01780 678508. If the cancellation is after the cut off time to stop delivery you can contact us to return the items in line with your ‘Rights to cancel’ as set out below:
Right to cancel or return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the order is delivered without reason, this is your ‘cooling off’ period. In the case of Digby Farm online shop this applies to stands only.
In the event that a Christmas tree stand is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described you can arrange for the item to be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a period of 30 days from sale, in this event please contact us.
As Christmas trees are perishable items and have a limited shelf life your rights to return after delivery are limited. We can only accept returns where the Christmas tree is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery. In the case that you feel the tree is any of these you must contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org or 01780 678508) within 24 hours of the tree being delivered and we will offer a full refund in most cases.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
