These terms of use govern your use of our site.

By placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please take the time to read them carefully prior to placing your order. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Description of Goods

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that goods displayed on this website are accurately described and photographed. Nonetheless, photos and colours may differ due to differences in display hardware.

Please be aware that Christmas trees are a natural product that will have variation in colour, density foliage and whilst every effort is taken to provide a tree that meets your expectations in terms of visual appeal we can only guarantee that your tree will be delivered within the specified height range and variety, and will be fresh at the point of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of Christmas trees they are excluded from your 14 day right to cancel ‘cooling off’ period.

Orders

Orders placed on the website by you are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments

If you wish to amend your order after it is placed please call us as soon as possible. Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate changes, once your order is out for delivery it may no longer be possible.

Prices

All prices are shown in GBP sterling and include Value Added Tax.

Delivery charges are an additional cost, details can be found in the Delivery Policy and will be added onto the total price at the time of checkout.

Payment

All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. Once payment is received ownership of the goods will transfer to you.

We will accept all major forms of credit card and bank card excluding Amex. We cannot accept cash or cheques for online payments. Our website uses secure SSL technology (indicated by the padlock in the address bar) and you can be assured that we take your security and privacy very seriously.

No payment information (card details etc) is retained by us or our IT partners, and no information will be passed to 3rd parties.

Events beyond our Control

Whilst we will make all reasonable efforts to fulfil orders placed on the agreed dates, we may occasionally be prevented by events beyond our control. In the unlikely event that this affects your delivery we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses or damages.
